I completely disagree with this review. The only thing that was even remotely entertaining about the character of Louise was how crazy she was. Without that, what on earth is the point? She adds nothing to the show, she's not connected to the main storyline in any way and at this late stage in the show it seems completely misguided to add a new main character who has no real connection to Emily, Victoria or David. If she'd been introduced a couple of seasons ago, then maybe fair enough, but why now when the show is clearly starting to wind down towards it's inevitable conclusion? It's just too late.

Margaux on the other hand has been around for quite a while now and she's connected to the main storyline. She has a long standing connection to the Graysons, she's carrying Daniel's child, her father was directly involved in the David Clarke coverup and now she knows Emily's true identity. She has a reason to be there and a purpose. Plus, she's strong willed, intelligent, she doesn't take crap from people and she's literally the only character in the show that manages to humanize Victoria. All admirable traits. I certainly know who I prefer.
