Are you serious? I get whey the show is popular, but it is not because of acting or writing. And having a quite old woman in a tough role is laudable for the producers, but that doesn’t make the actress per se talented. Being the surrogate mom for the group, and capturing the older female audience loyalty is nice, but not award worthy.
