Even if you are skeptical about Gotham, he elevates each scene he is in to such a high caliber, and makes Gotham worth every second. He not only embodies the character of the Penguin in a very original way–his charisma probably makes this version of Oswald Cobblepot the BEST ONE YET–comic books and his idols Burgess Meredith and Danny DeVito included.
