‘Glee’: Chris Colfer calls Matt Bomer ‘perfect’, proud of him ‘coming out’

He thinks Matt is great on ‘Glee’

If ‘White Collar’ star Matt Bomer had any reservations about fitting in with the cast of ‘Glee’ during his recent guest stint on the show his fears should be put to rest now as it seems the cast has fallen head over heels for the actor.

One of the ‘Glee’ stars that had a great time working with Bomer is Chris Colfer, who wasn’t shy when he told E! News that Matt is ‘perfect’.  Chris said; “That guy’s perfect.  It’s just obnoxious how perfect he is.”

In February, Bomer revealed that he is gay when he thanked his partner and publicist Simon Halls for all of his support during an acceptance speech.  Colfer said that he was ‘proud’ of Bomer for coming out and feels that it will be the ‘norm’ moving in to the future.  He said;  “I’m very proud of him.  I think that’s going to be very much the norm very soon.”

Outside of ‘Glee’ Colfer has been very busy with his first film ‘Struck By Lightning’ which will be premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival in late April and although his film hasn’t been released or reviewed yet, he is already working on his second movie.  He said; “I had to do loads and loads of research because it’s a period piec. It’s very, well, let’s just say I couldn’t write it at night because it gave me nightmares. wouldn’t call it horror. But it’s also not cupcakes and unicorns.”

‘Glee’ will be back April 10th on Fox, so make sure you tune in to catch up with Kurt and the gang.
