I loved the vows, thought the rest of the wedding seemed to be a throwaway, cheap and phony looking setting, without the rest of the usual crew, even. Also, I think that the character they spent 6 years building in Rick Castle would not jump into marrying Beckett without knowing what it was that he was dragging her into that was so awful he didn’t want to remember it.

I seem to be the only one to think that, but I thought it was pretty bad. I mean it was good that they finally married, but somehow there is still no good reason they haven’t already and… Yeah I’m not the biggest fan of “What if…” episodes, partly ’cause they are pretty much always the same and often not very well written… and this one was no exception. I mean there was hardly any case and when it comes to the character arcs, it’s not that interesting, since you’ve seen this before. Kate has a career, but is oh so lonely (wow haven’t seen this one since the Muppet movie…) and a lot other relationships wouldn’t have happened and Castles mom would be more successfull (wow he is really holding the women in his life back, isn’t he?).

I mean I’m glad the wedding is finally been done, so on this bit we can finally move on and it was kinda nice, but otherwise…
