Is the darkness and flames scene a demonstration of her power to plant nightmare thoughts in people’s minds, including the Doctor’s? and in the mind of the little girl last week who believed that the thought in her head to fetch the doctor came from Miss Oswald?
Also the scene where the doctor is falling. Is that his way of waking from this dream, where Clara speaks with the vocal inflections of Missy? Everything else in the preview seems to taken place in broad daylight.
