I’d enjoy seeing demon dean come back and take things to a who new level say cause hell mayhem, let Crawley deal with loosing his “devil” nickname to demonic Dean and Sam return to hell to rescue his brother fighting through all of hells demons like when Dean was in purgatory fighting his way out…now that would be a special episode…or two!! :) think like a director guys. Or maybe have a castiel vs Dean god takes on the devil with sam being killed inot the process and coming back as an angel or a demon or something, let’s liven it up abit here its season 10!!

He still has the Mark of Cain, the mark does not allow its bearer to die, if Dean is killed again, he will likely be brought back as Demon Dean once more, I believe that is what Cas meant by it will cause problems in the future.

I don’t think Dean’s arc is completely over. He still has the Mark of Cain and that is going to continue to cause problems. It wouldn’t surprise me that Demon Dean comes back again by the mid-season finale.

Well, the show has always given Dean the short end of the stick. Why should Demon Dean be any different? He was used as a tease, to get people excited/angry over the summer, and as a hook to sucker people to watch in the fall. So “The Year of The Demon” translates to 3 episodes in Jeremy Carver’s world. I’m not surprised.
