On Sunday night, there will be some reason to smile on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” — after all, who doesn’t love a good homecoming? Kroy Biermann is finally set to come to Kim Zolciak after spending weeks away at football camp, and he will be met with a rather scrumptious home-cooked meal. (Does it really matter that Kim wasn’t actually the person who cooked it?)
Of course, Kim is going to be in store for a surprise of her own from the football star, who has had quite a while away to think about just how much his family means to him.
Kim is also going to be the focus later in this episode, but for an entirely different reason. One week after her son Ayden was treated to a party featuring a whopping 12 birthday cakes, Phaedra Parks is going to be throwing a lavish church ceremony. Even though this is a ceremony supposedly all about worship and honoring a child, it’s not exactly going to end in the most peaceful manner imaginable.
What happens? Kim and Cynthia Bailey are forced to sit together, and some tension from the Africa trip is once again going to resurface. (Hey, there’s not much else for the women to fight about at this moment.)
Also in this episode, we can promise that NeNe’s sons will once again be a focus, but this time she will be having a conversation with her youngest boy. (Could it pertain to some of what we saw last week with Gregg?)
We are nearing the end of the season, and if you’ve been waiting for more drama, know this — you’re going to get it soon in the multi-hour reunion special.
Have you enjoyed the season so far?
