One could posit that the moment AMC slated HOW for Saturday nights, they were intentionally giving up that younger audience. Hell, I’m not all that young myself and I’m almost never home for the 8pm (CST) initial run (try to catch it at 10 instead.) So I’m guessing AMC isn’t terribly shocked and dismayed that they’re not pulling in the biggest 18-35 crowds.
Regardless, I’m thrilled that the gambit has worked for the network and the show as far as sheer numbers go. Can’t imagine there won’t be a renewal announcement for S5.

“Outlander” is absolutely fantastic. So glad it’s doing well, and will be back for a second full season.
