To wrap up what has been some relatively seamless coverage of all things “Bachelor” (at least for the time being), we have a few more details to share about some hidden Easter eggs from Monday night.
Lindzi’s first interview – Although for some inexplicable reason she was not part of the “After the Final Rose” special, Lindzi Cox is still getting plenty of opportunities to speak — she was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Monday, and she will have plenty more opportunities moving forward over the next several days. Why is this happening? Ben Flajnik and his new fiancee Courtney Robertson have declined to do any sort of press tour, and are going to try and settle in to something resembling a normal life.
During the “Kimmel” interview (which you can see below), Lindzi did her best to say that she’s really no upset at Ben anymore for choosing Courtney at the end. (She did also say that she didn’t really have the same sort of problem with her that many other women in the house did.)
As for where she is when it comes to her life, Lindzi said that she hasn’t been able to date during the filming of this season, but she would love to be “The Bachelorette” if the opportunity ever came up. Personally, we actually think she would be pretty great for the job.
“Bachelor Pad 3” confirmed! – Although we all knew it was coming, isn’t it still nice to have it be made official? Chris Harrison confirmed during the “After the Final Rose” special that “Bachelor Pad” is indeed coming back for another season, but this time around people with no past on the show can apply.
Is this a smart idea? We really don’t think so. While it’s nice that the show is seeking out some new blood, the main reason people watch the “Pad” is to see faces that they are familiar with already, and to watch them go completely bonkers in a house infected with hormones.
If you want to audition for this show, head over to this link and good luck — you’re going to need it, since most of the returning stars of the show are probably going to target you right away.
