Mrs. Carter: Why is this always happening to Mark?
There are times when we feel sad for “Dancing with the Stars” pros. They are there to teach ballroom technique, and instead they are constantly accused of lip-locking.
For a prime example, see what’s going on with Mark Ballas. Back when he danced with Bristol Palin, there were rumors about the two of them being romantic. Then, the rumors escalated with Kristin Cavallari and Mark despite her getting back together with Jay Cutler during the season.
So who are the tabloids after now? Mark’s latest partner, opera sensation Katherine Jenkins. The two have been rehearsing in London as of late for the competition, and have spent a good bit of time together taking in some sights of the city. (They were one of the only teams not introduced together during the cast announcement late last month.) Apparently, spending time with someone of the opposite sex automatically turns into a relationship … at least according to some of the tabloids.
Thankfully, Jenkins put a quick end to this talk on Twitter by reminding everyone that not only are these rumors false, but she is still in the process of getting past her failed engagement to TV presenter Gethin Jones:
“NO truth in these rumours… Come on guys, it’s only been 2 months! #Heartstillmending”
As for other news relating to these two, they have already created the team name “K-Mark” for each other, and they will be heading to America in the coming weeks to prepare for the live shows in Los Angeles.
“Dancing with the Stars” officially premieres on ABC Monday, March 19 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. Let’s hope for a long run for Katherine and Mark, and that the two can avoid some of the rumors for at least a good portion of the season.
