Gary is a writer and the showrunner. Its not his fault, nor the cast or crew’s fault in any way that Cote left.

I don’t hate Cote. I quite liked her. I see that the weekly 19 – 21 million viewers disagree with you about NCIS. Stop cry babying and move on if you no longer want to watch it.

Maybe some CBS executive takes action sooner or later and saves the show by replacing the one person who is truly replaceable on NCIS: Gary Glasberg!

Who like this guy? He is the master of desaster, the man who’s responsable for this.

I would love another episode that features the formidable talents of Michael Weatherly playing the brave, smart, and heroic hero again, but Mr. Glasburg really only allows Gibbs to have those types of moments and episodes these days. Tony it seems might get a girl friend. As a Tony fan I’m glad that tptb are at least thinking about doing something with him besides having him click the clicker and marvel at, or quake in his boots at Gibbs’s super awesomeness. Sounds like this might be all Tony will get as they seem to be pushing the McGee/ Gibbs dynamic pretty hard (and I used the word “dynamic” very loosely here). I guess they discovered that fans were perceiving that the scenes last season between Tim and Tony were well liked so they had to nip that relationship in the bud and replace Tony with Gibbs. Gibbs has to be the most important person in all team members and guest stars lives afterall.

They could have done a more reconciliation in Reunion and other Season 7 episodes between Ziva and the team but for the purposes of the show in Reunion Ziva did apologize and thank each member of the team.

I did think Reunion should have gone further. There wasn’t enough resolution after everything that happened in ToC. Everyone went on their merry way. That said, you could not possibly do a follow up without Ziva there. No way.

Thats rubbish. People like Gary and stay with him and the crew. When are people going to accept it was Cotes decision to leave because she couldn’t get the contract she wanted. It wasn’t about the money, but about contract length and episode numbers as she wanted more time away with family and her boyfriend…she chose family over work. The new series she is doing is only a few episodes long so won’t be held with it for too long.

You should rewatch Reunion.The show does a very good job of having Ziva reconcile with all the team including Tony and McGee.
Frankly I do not want a ToC follow-up without Ziva and would not watch it if did not include Ziva. I would have loved to see her dealing with her PTSD which they did not explore despite the fact that she was tortured for months and how the team deals with it.
