Adam Lambert notes: ‘Project Runway’ hints, Tommy Joe Ratliff’s PSA

In celebration of your Friday, here are some Adam Lambert-related updates based on what is currently going on in the Glam Nation universe.
-We begin with the continuation of the rumors that Adam may be in New York City filming a spot on “Project Runway.” Based on the evidence we posted yesterday, we presented a case that this is very well indeed happening. While we still cannot 100% confirm the rumor out there, show judge Nina Garcia has just presented a very strong hint — she gave Adam a “Follow Friday” on her Twitter account a mere matter of hours ago. Considering that the rumor’s already out there, it’s hard to imagine her doing such a thing unless something was in the works.
-As for other news for the day, we have reports that Adam’s famous bassist Tommy Joe Ratliff is going to be taking part in a new PSA for the Say, I Do campaign to support gay marriage — which was of course recently legalized in New York state. Between the two of them, Adam and Tommy have participated in organizations such as The Trevor Project and the No H8 Campaign. Adam also at one point created an “It Gets Better” video to support that campaign.
Keep checking back for more on the “Project Runway” gig — as soon as we find verification one way or the other, we will post it here immediately.

I’m really proud of Adam & Tommy for helping raise awareness for organizations that help stop the spread of hate & ignorance. For guys who don’t want to be role models, they do a good job of it by just living their lives the way they do.

Hi Matt. Thanks so much for the update. Adam fans really appreciate it! Just a clarification tho – the NOH8 campaign to support marriage equality and oppose hate directed at gays, which Tommy participates in, is separate from the Trevor Project, which is aimed at ending the bullying of gay youth. Adam made an “It Gets Better” video and donated the proceeds from his remixed single, “Aftermath” to support the Trevor Project. He did not participate in the NOH8 campaign. They’re both very important efforts, and I’m very proud to be a fan of men who donate their time to support them.

Thanks Matt for the updates, much appreciated.. I dont believe that Adam participated in the NOH8 campaign altho his band members did. I think he didnt because he didnt know where the funds go for that campaign.. (this of course is me speculating again.).
