The final episodes of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ season two received record breaking ratings for the Bravo franchise, but after a season filled with terrible tragedies like the unexpected suicide of Taylor Armstrong’s husband, Russell Armstrong, and Kim Richard’s battle with her substance abuse issues, fans were wondering what the producers planned to do with the cast for season three.
Although there has been no official announcement from Bravo concerning who will be returning and who may not come back, a source gave some insider information to Radar Online about the situation. They said;
“Taylor, Lisa Vanderpump, Adrienne Maloof, Brandi Glanville, and Kyle Richards will be asked to return. Bravo would love Camille Grammer to return too, but she might want to move on to other projects which she has expressed interest in. Kyle’s sister, and fellow housewife, Kim Richards has made it known she doesn’t want to come back. Kim is still very fragile after her latest stint in rehab.”
Lisa was hoping that spin-off show about her life would be picked up, but Bravo decided it wasn’t a right fit for the network. The insider said;
“Lisa was hoping to follow in the footsteps of New York housewife Bethenny Frankel who had her own successful spin-offs focusing on her wedding and new baby, but the network decided not to pick up her show.”
The source also revealed that the network is looking to cast a few fresh faces for season three and the new season of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ is said to begin filming in July.
