Wow, you’re kind of freaked out. …In my world, there’s a big difference between 25, 000 – 200,000 and 420,000 USD. The former is actually reasonable for some people. I’d actually not heard of Maldives before so I looked it up. I certainly couldn’t rent an island, but I do know a number of people would could do 7-10 days in one of the villas… which fits into the first set of numbers. This is probably why the numbers mattered to me. I pointed out the real numbers to show just how spectacular Castle went for the love of his life.

I want your travel agent. Castle rented one of private islands for 3 weeks. Those start at 20,000 USD a day so it’s at least 420,000 USD. Castle is sparing no expense. :D The resorts and villas prices where you share the island fit your numbers, but for the whole island – not a chance. It’s a little confusing since some of the islands can be rented as a whole, or shared.
