‘Real Housewives’ Kyle Richards clears up rumors about Lisa ‘attack’ plan

Almost everyone on the planet tuned in to see the reunion episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ which is the episode the cast members seem to dread the most, but the viewers just can’t get enough of it.
Recently Brandi Glanville gave an interview claiming that Kyle Richards, Adrienne Maloof and Taylor Armstrong had met before the taping of the episode and decided that they were going to launch a planned attack on Lisa Vanderpump at the reunion, but Richards has taken to her blog to clear up the rumors and tell her side of the story. She wrote;
“I would like to address a rumor that was circulating Monday afternoon. Brandi had given an interview and said that Adrienne, Taylor and I had planned an attack on Lisa. I can promise you with all my heart and soul that that never happened. I was really upset about that because Lisa is my friend. By Brandi putting that out there, some people went into viewing the Reunion with a very different mindset . Later, after hearing that I gave a brief interview explaining that was not true, Brandi said she never spoke to me but had HEARD that Adrienne was planning a meeting to discuss “an attack”
“I NEVER heard of any such meeting nor did I or WOULD I attend any such meeting. I know Adrienne would never do something like that. I don’t know how my name got dragged into this, and I was even more perplexed because Taylor never said anything to Lisa that could be considered an attack. I do not know what Brandi’s reason for saying that was. However, if it really was something she had just “heard” she shouldn’t have repeated that without knowing if it was true or not. Repeating hearsay can be dangerous. It was very hurtful to everyone. Probably, most hurtful to Lisa.”
Kyle went on to say that the discussion concerning issues that happened off camera between herself and Lisa weren’t intended to be hurtful, just honest – something that is very valuable in all friendships.
Fans might think that there could be some tension between Kyle and Brandi after the ‘planned attack’ rumors, but Kyle said that when she first got to the reunion that she and Brandi joked around about Glanville’s impromptu Vegas wedding and that they had exchanged a few light hearted texts about it when it happened.
Richards added that the reunion show are especially difficult because a lot of the issues that are brought up in these episodes have long been resolved, so re-opening the wounds can be difficult on their friendships as all the pain comes flooding back.
What did you think of the reunion episode of ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘? Do you think if an issue is resolved before taping that it should be left out of the reunion? Leave us a comment and tell us what you think.

It’s too late Kyle. You and Adrienne both made total asses out of yourselves on that reunion show & your fan base is screaming their thoughts to you. “Your friend” Lisa probably isn’t buying any of this nonsense your selling. She’s way too smart for both you and Adrienne.
You HAD a good friend in Lisa, but I doubt she’ll ever really trust either of you again. She’ll be a class act (always) but I think you and Adrienne behaved so poorly, you won’t be able to white wash this away. Funny, you mention “hearsay” and the dangers associated with that. Radar execs deny Lisa EVER selling a story (as most of us believed anyway). So, Adrienne can “hear” from a friend of a friend and that’s just alright to air to the public and humiliate a “friend.” Your definition of friendship is far different from mine! You’re both lost me as a fan. I do hope strongly that Bravo says ta ta to Taylor. She does NOT belong on this show! She’s as credible as you and Adrienne have become. Is sad…I used to like both of your characters on this once light & funny show.

Kyle needs to shut up. She and Adrienne “attempted” to attack Lisa…they simply weren’t smart enough to pull it off. It came off as a pathetic attempt and made them both look like dimwits and losers. Taylor also came off as a loser because everyone knows she has wanted to go after Lisa for quite a while. Get rid of all of them…and get some interesting people to be on the show.

Look, I/we really wish Kyle would stop thinking that she is smarter then the viewers. I myself watched the reunion without and knew nothing at the time of Brandis claims. To us it was very obvious that they were ganging up on Lisa, all of them except for Camille. So regardless of kyle saying she and Adrienne would never do such a thing, there were many instances through out the season that showed that it was exactly what Kyle, Adrienne and Taylor were setting out to do.
