First, it probably wasn’t nearly a fair fight. Second, The Voice editors don’t put more than three battles into a 1-hour show. (Three were shown in full; three montaged.) Third, to help prove that Season 6 is a competition — and NOT a coronation — Grimmie’s performance had to be cut. Clearly, there will be many, many more Grimmie moments to come before her coronation occurs.
