Comments on: ‘American Idol XIII’ review: Did Alex Preston, Sam Woolf, and Jessica Meuse rule top 13?

My opinion of each contestant is based on whether or not I want to rewind and watch the performance a second time, well my favorites are the last four performers: Alex Preston, Jessica Meuse, Caleb Johnson and I know most people don’t give her a second thought but Emily Piriz who you must admit, compared to 2/3 of the vocalist Emily Piriz in way more polished than the others, forgettable maybe but beautifully controlled voice, maybe she need to do something to stand out more. I hope she’s thinking about not peaking to soon at the risk of not being
eliminated.

You must admit that compared to 23 of the vocalist Emily
Piriz in way more polished than the others. Forgettable maybe but beautifully

Yeah, Randy Jackson’s continuing visibility on this show is a distraction from the ‘new and improved’ American Idol we were promised. Honestly, I spent early Wednesday evening watching (again) Ep1 and Ep2 of The Voice on Hulu Plus with great joy, and tuned to Idol when that was over. The two shows have become so different, comparisons are unfair. Alex Preston may win S13, but will anybody care?
