‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 2, episode 13 preview: Vincent, Cat, and … Valentines?

You wouldn’t really think that there would be time to create a Valentine’s Day episode of a show like “Beauty and the Beast,” mostly because the vast majority of the characters always have much more serious stuff to worry about.

However, the arrival of Sam back into the world of the show has really stirred things up a little bit, and he wants to get out and have a very specific sort of romantic getaway (and to be honest, we really cannot blame him after being locked up for so many years, with the love of his life convinced that he is dead). This is going to lead to all of the characters getting together to celebrate, and it may also be a pretty effective way to fish out Barnes, given that the man who died during this past episode was just someone pretending to be him rather than the actual guy.

This is one of the final few episodes of the show prior to the official beginning of the hiatus, which is going to keep the series off of the air for a little while. It will be interesting to see just what sort of note the show leaves on, and if it is one that gives fans of Vincent / Cat hope despite her attempts right now to get closer to Gabe and start over romantically after what she has been through.
