I love the tension and how uncomfortable Marty gets when its approaching a physical altercation, knowing that he barked up that tree and it didn’t work earlier. And, how off-putting Rusts total calm in these situations is to him. Because there is a wildfire of rage being suppressed by rust. but he never quite shows it, never lets it out, in front of Marty. On people yes, but not in front of Marty yet.
