‘Survivor: South Pacific’: the chaos in ‘Then There Were Five’

They are still both around.

With the end nearing on “Survivor: South Pacific,” we may finally have an episode that does feature some suspense at tribal council. Ever since the Upolu 5 first gained the numbers, we have seen Savaii and then Edna chipped away. There’s no one else left to eliminate … and now, the time has come to turn on each other.

Here’s how CBS is describing the episode via press release:

“Tensions escalate at camp when the final five original Upolu members are forced to turn on each other. Meanwhile, on Redemption Island, Ozzy and Edna compete to stay in the game, and one becomes the sixth jury member.”

We already have a feeling that Brandon will somehow figure front and center into this, but he immediately seems as though he would be the guy you would want to keep. Who is ever going to vote for this guy to win the whole competition? You could really make the same argument with Rick, as he has been by and large a ghost since he first stepped on board the island.

With that in mind, the real question is just whether or not Coach, Sophie, or Albert are going to be smart enough to notice this, and try and get one of the other two booted from the game.

If you were playing this game, who would you want sitting next to you at the end?
