There have been many surprises on “The X Factor” this season so far, but there was still all-important question that needed to be asked — would Marcus Canty manage to avoid being in the bottom two for a third week?
While the show can be shocking, it simply wasn’t that shocking. Marcus this week faced off against Rachel Crow — someone who was in the bottom two for the first time, and had to deal with the emotions that come as a result. Even though she broke down in tears through most of her performance, she still managed to hit pretty much every note in the process.
Now, we are at the point when things get crazy. Marcus ended up staying! How did it happen? Everyone assumed that Rachel would be safe, but then the vote came to Nicole Scherzinger — who did not want to be the one to make the decision, and as a result voted to send home Rachel and sent the vote to deadlock. Rachel got the lowest overall vote, and somehow found herself out.
Are you shocked Marcus is still there?
