Matt Carter talks ‘Walking Dead,’ ‘Sherlock,’ ‘Justified’ with the Global Dispatch (audio)

More news -For those of you who did not feel like the debut of The CarterMatt Podcast this weekend was enough, we’ve got some more good stuff coming for your ears today: Some more TV scoop for you in audio form.

Our Editor-in-Chief Matt Carter sat down recently with the folks over at Dispatch Radio and the Global Dispatch (which you can hear below), and shared some scoop on some of TV shows that will be hitting the airwaves in the next few weeks. As a matter of fact, some of this stuff may have already premiered depending on where you live.

In the video below, some of the following is discussed:

“The Walking Dead” – The main subject matter here is just what happens next for the survivors, and did executive producer Scott Gimple really make the right move in the way in which The Governor’s story was told? We go through all of the various odds and ends of the hit AMC zombie show.

“Justified” – One day prior to the start of the FX hit, the main discussions points are why season 5 marks a return to some of the old days for Raylan and company. If you haven’t heard anything about the Big Bad or the exciting plans that the show has for Boyd, this is going to be a great thing to check out.

“Sherlock” – If you are watching the series as it airs in the UK, not all of this may apply to you; but if you haven’t watched yet, here is a nice little preview of what is to come for season 3, which starts on PBS Sunday, January 19.
