I’ve gone right of him since he publicly stated he has no qualms about wearing real fur “seeing as he doesn’t kill the animal himself”-what a jerk!! Such a shame, I really admired him as a performer and a person-he seemed so nice-but i just can’t stand cruelty to animals, and anyone who condones wearing fur obviously doesn’t care about them at all. Such a disappointment.

I really enjoyed Adam’s rendition of Red House. The whole concert was glamtastic in spite of security being bullies to those of us in the front. Adam and the band were having such a good time and it showed! Wish you could have been there!

I was THERE and the whole thing was AMAZING! But this song and Adam’s beautiful voice, knocked me out! It was my first Adam concert and I hope to see him over & over!

Bravo! ADAM!! and his band! Great rendition of this Jimi Hendrix song .. which BTW … I had not heard until now … would LOVE to hear more blues … or anything ADAM cares to sing. So, you asked what we thought of this performance?? Well, let’s just say that while I wasn’t there experiencing it live (sadly…) I saw it as it happened through the magic of the internet and a friend who WAS there, with a steady hand, a camera phone, and a bit of stealth…and I was instantly and utterly blown away by Adam’s absolutely AWESOME sexy/bluesy/rockstar take on that Jimi Hendrix classic, #RedHouse.. And kudos to the band for their excellent last minute take on it as well. While I was sitting at home on the US West Coast, passing the time until midnight, after just getting back from a week away over the holidays, I was magically transported to Winstar in OK and then to this glorious work of vocal perfection (talking about the SONG performance here, but I suppose I could be describing Adam the Master Class Singer/Performer Extraordinaire here too.. ) that we’ve come to expect from Adam Lambert over the past 5 (!) years since we first “met” him on AIS8 (thank goodness for that!!). Quite honestly this is what he excels at.. Well, he actually excels at EVERYTHING to be even more honest *IMHCUO (*In my humble completely unbiased opinion), but certain genres: blues, rock, ballads..a little light opera….allow him to just let loose and unleash the Voice that we have come to know and love and let it SOAR.. I’ve listened countless times since then and sincerely hope I can hear him sing this song one day live.. Please, please, please… In the meantime, bring on more GLEE!! And at some point, more new music!!! /
