Brad Pitt backtracks on his ‘retiring from acting at 50’ stance

Earlier this week, Brad Pitt certainly made plenty of headlines when he announced that he wanted to retire from acting at age 50 in order to spend some more time with his family –but it now seems as though he is stepping away from these comments to an extent.

Speaking at a press conference in South Korea in order to promote his new movie “Moneyball,” Pitt clarified by saying that he doesn’t necessarily have a projected end date — but that this is the time he would like to start refocusing a bit when it comes to his career:

“I wasn’t actually putting an exact deadline on my expiration date, but I see it coming.”

In addition to helping to be with his family, Pitt says that he would also like to star working as a producer for documentaries — in particular those that would struggle to get made without his help.

Would you be upset if Pitt were to stop acting?
