CdP is a mediocre actress, when she first started on NCIS she appeared to have some potential until they converted it into the “Ziva Show” where it became to clear to anyone with a bit of intelligence that she was/is a substandard actress.

In David McCallum’s recent interview he stated 5 episodes had already been written when they found out CdP was leaving. And he called her attitude unprofessional. Kudos to Mr McCallum

That ‘average’ is a skewed number….there were MANY episodes that barely hit 16 million & didn’t come close to 20 millions until the +7 numbers were added in. now the show has consistent same day ratings of 19 – 20 million & still wins demo.
