‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10, episode 7 preview: Is this the ‘Walking Dead’ crossover you demand?

The latest -If only there was some sort of “Grey’s Anatomy” crossover episode with “The Walking Dead,” if for no other reason than that if this were to ever happen, it is pretty easy to imagine that Rick Grimes and the other survivors in the prison really could use just about all of the help that they can get.

This episode is going to be called “Thriller,” and based on what we are seeing here, there is a pretty good reason for it. While we don’t quite imagine that there is going to be any attempt to recreate an iconic Michael Jackson music video, there are some very unusual patients that come into the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital that may seriously cause the doctors to consider the possibility of there being zombies among them. Seriously … it’s going to be awesome, and hopefully a nice little break from all of the heavy drama as of late.

Do you want to read more about the actual non-zombie portion of the show? Then just take a look at the full synopsis:

“It’s Halloween and the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial are hit with a barrage of spooky patients, which affects their own plans and puts one doctor’s well-being in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Derek collaborates with Ben on a new surgical technique and Richard angers Bailey when he asks a second year resident to perform his next surgery, on a special Halloween episode.”

We imagine that this particular resident could be Jo, who has started to become more or less Webber’s sidekick while he sits there and tries to recover from a variety of ailments. Bailey is going to have quite a bit on her plate pretty soon and it’s all because Ben will be back! While Jason George may be busy thanks to his role on “Mistresses,” he is still finding a way to carve out a guest appearance here and there on this show.

Is there anything you want to see on this episode, and are you more excited than you have ironically been for some of the more-dramatic episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy” recently? Be sure to share below, and click here if you want to read our full review (complete with grade) of tonight’s installment.
