‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 15 spoilers: How much Mariska Hargitay, Dean Winters will we see?
During last night’s “Law & Order: SVU” season 15 premiere, we definitely had a hard time watching just the terrible things that Olivia Benson was forced into. While she was able to be freed, this journey is not over yet. There is a long healing process that is going to be coming up next, and this is going to include some of the relationships that she has formed over the years.
Could this include Cassidy? You have to believe it, but the two are going to have a steady story that takes a little while to really get to the meat of the problem. Speaking to TVLine, Dean Winters had the following to say about what we are going to see from his character, and what some of the major challenges are at the moment when it comes to the pair:
“Benson is so stoic that she’s hard to crack, and that’s what were going through right now, her letting me in — and so far she’s not. We’re working on the fifth episode now, and we’re slowly trickling into that story.”
Winters also added in the mini-interview that he is hoping that he will be around for the rest of the series after re-joining this past spring. While we assume that this could be somewhat depending on what the ratings are the rest of the way, the good news when it comes to that is that the series got off to a great start last night. If it continues down that path, a season 16 is all but inevitable.
How do you want to see Benson recover from everything that she has gone through so far? Be sure to share your thoughts below!

END BENSIDY. THIS IS DISGUSTING. END IT. END IT NOW. EWWWWWW
The only reason it seems popular is because of the teenagers on Twitter who constantly tweet about it. It’s a group of about twenty people, but they dominate the stream with their verbal vomit. End this pairing now. Ew

Cassidy is the best for Liv, he understands her work and he has that sweetness about him.

Cassidy is ok but I would so prefer to have David Haden (Harry Connick Jnr) back in her life

Don’t like Cassidy for her. I will prefer Amaro or an unknown person.
