‘The Mentalist’ season 6 spoilers: A sneak peek from the premiere; Simon Baker on ‘The Talk’

Love “The Mentalist“? Then this article is going to be right up your alley for a number of reasons. For one, you get a chance to hear Simon Baker’s real Australian accent, and you also get to see a sneak peek from the new season.

While there is not necessarily any major spoiler that is revealed in this peek (which aired during “The Talk” season premiere), it does establish something that we feel is rather important in that it further shows just how determined Patrick Jane is to stop Red John before he hurts anyone else, and how paranoid he is about it. Even if something could potentially help him, he is going to have anxiety about doing it if John could also benefit in some way. (Sadly, the quality for this video is not exactly spectacular.)

Also below, you can see the full interview with Baker on “The Talk” below, where he also opened up about some of his own “secrets,” including his bizarre love of hardware stores. The ladies somehow tried to draw an analogy between this and Christian Grey, which seemed to only stir the audience up into even more of a frenzy. (With their applause, they acted like this guy was a member of One Direction and they were all teenage girls.)
