Check it out -Before you tune in to the “Boardwalk Empire” season 4 premiere on Sunday night, why not take a look at one of the iconic new sets that is going to be featured when the story really starts to get interesting this year: The Onyx Club.

Think of the video below as really a couple of different things: An instruction manual to set design, and also a historical guide to what the show is trying to achieve. What we appreciate the most is the amount of effort that is consistently put into this in order to make the show come across as top-notch. While you can clearly argue at times that the show has fallen off of many critics’ radar as of late, one thing that is pretty hard to dispute is that the show consistently remains a technical marvel. This is one of the best crews on TV, and it shows here.

As for the story of “Boardwalk Empire” this coming season, expect to see a series of varying locales play an important role, whether it be Chicago, Atlantic City, or some famous neighborhoods in New York. Nucky Thompson is expanding, which could end up being both very good and very bad for him in the end. As for the new arrivals, Ron Livingston and Jeffrey Wright are the two that we are the most excited about, with the latter potentially even being a contender in some award shows if he meets some of the high expectations that we have.

What do you think about the video below? If you do want to read some more news related to the fourth season of “Boardwalk Empire,” you really don’t have to look any further than the link here.
