‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 10: Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey share photo together

How do you know that we are ready for “Grey’s Anatomy” season 10 to be back in action? Well, two of the show’s stars are now back working together yet again … just as so many people wanted.

In a new post on her official Instagram page, Ellen Pompeo shared what is the first image that we have seen of her alongside Patrick Dempsey, and the two are clearly getting ready for what is going to be a pretty crazy couple of weeks ahead. This show develops such a family atmosphere for good reason: The days can be really long and very exhausting, and you really get to know some of the other people you work with like they are members of your family. Considering that Pompeo and Dempsey have been together now for an entire decade, they probably have quite a bit to talk about on their first day back to work.

So where are we going to see these two go now? It’s pretty clear that the pair will start things off this season learning whether or not their new baby has survived following the major power outage, and then if they can manage actually being doctors with also being parents to two kids. Also, will Meredith be able to wind down during a maternity leave? If there is one thing that we have learned about over the years, it is that slowing down is not something that she considers one of her strong suits.
