‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 3 spoilers: Check out the winter premiere promo!

Are the likes of Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily a step closer to finding out how to stop “A”? Maybe not, but they will be going into the winter half of “Pretty Little Liars” season 3 with more resolve than ever. They know more than ever about Alison’s death, how Aria’s own father may be involved in it, and that there are multiple people working against them as a part of some secretive “A Team.”

Now, the issue for them is just figuring out what their new plan is now that the original “A” in Mona is being released from Radley Sanitarium. The title for the January 8 episode is “She’s Better Now,” and this is probably meant to be ironic given that Mona has yet to show any signs of even wanting to change … let alone actually doing it.

To make matters even worse for the girls, there is also one other threat out there that they do not even know about at the moment: Toby. He is a part of the “A Team,” and we have to believe that he is going to start off this season literally doing just about everything in his power to make sure that Spencer stays firmly under his thumb, and therefore under his influence. We’ve said this before, but it is so important that it merits repeating: this is the first time in the history of the ABC Family series that we know something that the characters do not, and it should make for plenty of “screaming at the TV” moments whenever Spencer and Toby are together
