‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: One complicated title

Want some more scoop on what is coming up much later on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9? On this occasion, we are presumably even looking forward as much as to early next year.

According to a brand-new report that is coming to us courtesy of SpoilerTV, the 11th episode of this season is going to have the title of “The End is the Beginning is the End.” Confusing, no? This is not even confusing in a “the beginning of the end” sort of way, since there are no real suggestions that there is really either a beginning or an end. As a matter of fact, the only real idea that can be taken from this is that the title is trying to claim that there really is no beginning or an end, and that the start of something is really just the end of something else. This sort of tiresome feeling may ring especially true as a doctor, especially when you are going through some of the same situations and traumas to a point where they almost become numb.

Thursday night’s new episode carries with it the tragic title of “Beautiful Doom,” and here the focus will be almost entirely placed on none other than Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Cristina (Sandra Oh), as they each attempt to move forward with their lives following some personal tragedy that stems from a plane crush, a death of a sibling (in Meredith’s case), or the possible end of a marriage (in Cristina’s case). Hopefully, this episode will be cathartic both for the characters as well as fans of the show, and there will be a greater sense of just what is going to happen for these two by the time that this episode comes to a close.

What do you think about this title?
