‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: The lawsuit lives on

If you remember back during the third episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, then you already know that Derek, Callie, and the other people aboard the plane when it crashed last year opted not to pursue a quick and easy settlement, largely so that they could get the justice that they felt was fair for not only them, but for future people who are in their situation.

So where does this story go from here? To an extent, much of this is still unclear … even if the photo to the left of this article does make it apparent that during the sixth episode airing on November 15 we are going to be seeing the negotiations between the airlines and the doctors take another step to completion.

When it comes to this story as a whole, it is pretty easy to be torn when it comes to having a strong opinion. From one perspective, it clearly makes sense that you would want this story to be over quickly, mostly so that one of the last loose threads regarding the plane crash could finally be tied up. At the same time, it is realistic to think that this story could take quite a while to reach a resolution, given that these are the sort of negotiations that in real life can take quite a few months.

What do you think about the lawsuit plot, and does it bother you that it takes away from the action in Seattle Grace or the romantic subplots that are currently going strong? Be sure to share some more of your thoughts below!
