‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Mike Fleiss on ’emotional’ Sean Lowe hometown dates

This upcoming season of “The Bachelor” with Sean Lowe is nearing its conclusion; and if for whatever reason you need some more evidence of that, all you have to hear is the latest from the executive producer about how the hometown dates are coming to an end. This is always a critical time for the show, since these are the women that you are supposed to see some sort of tangible future with. If you make the wrong decision here, then you could be left with such a small pool of women that if red flags come up, you may not be able to recover.

All of this very information was alluded to in the aforementioned post from Mike Fleiss, who has followed Sean’s journey on his own ever since he was a contender to win Emily Maynard’s heart on “The Bachelorette” earlier this year:

“Very emotional hometown visits. This season is extremely intense! Hope Sean makes the right decision…”

Following this, Sean and his seemingly-remaining three women will all take off to an undisclosed location, which is traditionally the last spot on this magical mystery tour of love. The contestants will film their final two episodes here, and then ultimately come back home and try to resume their everyday lives. Hopefully for Sean, he will leave here with the ability to refer to someone as his fiancee.

There’s no announced premiere date just yet for the show, but we expect it to be back on the air at some point in early 2013 (or at least early enough so that “Dancing with the Stars” can follow it up).
