‘How I Met Your Mother’ season 8 spoilers: Who’s hungry?

We wrote on Saturday that the upcoming tenth episode of “How I Met Your Mother” this season was going to be entitled “The Over-Correction,” but we are now realizing that we may have ended up getting a little bit ahead of ourselves. How so? We now also have the title of what is going to be the ninth installment of the year.

According to a new report that is coming in via SpoilerTV, “Lobster Crawl” is the name for the hour that we are going to be seeing coming up later this year, and to be frank, we really don’t have any idea what it means. Typically when we think of lobsters, we like to imagine such things as summers in Maine; but being that this show is set in real time, this does not exactly seem possible. Who knows? Maybe it’s a new dance move invented by Marshall, or maybe someone just has a hankering for a certain crustacean.

Whatever this title does mean, we have a feeling that some of these characters are going to be in a rather interesting place for it. After all, Ted, Barney, and Robin should all be single by the time this comes along, and we will be moving forward towards what will hopefully be a pretty interesting second half of the season that will finally bring one of our beloved couples back together. As for Ted, let’s just say that he may be dealing with one of his worst relationships ever before he finally does end up answering the infamous “who is the mother?” question that has haunted us for so many years.

What do you think about this episode title?
