‘Royal Pains’ season 4 spoilers: A look ahead to the Paige / Evan wedding

The fourth season of “Royal Pains” is set to come to a close on USA later this year, and the show has already decided to go out with a band; or, if you want to be literal about it, they have decided to go out with wedding bells.

USA has unveiled the official description for the upcoming two-hour “movie” of sorts entitled “Off-Season Greetings,” and it does detail that the wedding will indeed happen. However, there is also going to be a little bit of drama that comes along with it:

“The long-planned nuptials of Evan and Paige are finally here but along with this anticipated event comes secrets from the past that are finally revealed.”

So what sort of secrets could this synopsis be talking about? If we had to guess, the primary story that we expect to be discussed again is the adoption story with Paige that ended up going completely awry. Just when it appeared in the summer finale that she had found her biological mom in Lou, it turned out that she was not actually her mother, after all, when a DNA sample came in. Her real mom is still out there, but unfortunately it is rather hard to find her courtesy of all of the people who are coming forward based just on who her father is.

As for some of the other storylines that we should expect to see this season, it’s almost a given that Jeremiah and Divya’s relationship will be addressed again now that she is single (let’s hope so), and we will also find out a few more details concerning the explosion that happened at Shadow Pond during the finale.
