STAR season 2 episode 5 return date: When are Queen Latifah, cast back?

Looking to learn the STAR season 2 episode 5 return date on Fox? The good news is that Queen Latifah and company will be back soon. The bad news, however, is that it may not be soon enough to satisfy many people who are out there.

This upcoming episode, entitled “May the Best Manager Win,” is unfortunately not going to be coming onto Fox for October 25. Meanwhile, it’s also very well possible that it won’t be on the air November 1, either. We reported earlier at CarterMatt that November 1 could end up being Game 7 of the World Series, and in the event that this happens STAR and Empire could both be bushed back until November 8 to let baseball play out. We’re sure that this is super-frustrating for many people out there who just want to watch their favorite scripted shows, but remember this: A World Series preemption won’t alter the overall episode count for either Empire or STAR. The only thing that is ultimately changing here at all is that the shows could either air a week later in winter or a week more in the new year.

As for the story that is coming up, be prepared to see more of the girl group’s rise, and at the same time also a number of different problems created by some surprising returns.

STAR season 2 episode 5 synopsis – “Ayana is quickly reminded of the tremendous pressure she is under to make her family proud, when her father (guest star Richard Roundtree) – a legendary music label executive – pays a visit to Midtown. Alex continues to be haunted by her lies to Derek; Star and Simone differ on how best to deal with Brody’s mysterious return; and Noah faces a tense encounter with the police during an event thrown by the label. Meanwhile, Jahil works on a plan to debut a new duo he’s discovered, featuring his nephew, Angel (guest star Evan Ross), and Ayanna’s assistant (guest star Elijah Kelley) in the all-new “May The Best Manager Win” episode of STAR airing Wednesday, Nov.1 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.”

There is probably going to be something fun that comes out of dueling managers — if nothing else, this could be an ego boost to some of the characters to feel so coveted.
