When NCIS brings in a guest star there is always a moment before watching the show where viewers wonder if the star would be a good fit. When Jamie Lee Curtis was announced to play Dr. Samantha Ryan, I admit that I didn’t know if the character would be a good fit. Obviously, I was proven wrong as Dr. Ryan was a thrilling part of the show. Her character should be welcomed back at any point when it makes sense for the story!
Ralph Waite made a perfect father
Another guest star beloved by the fans includes Ralph Waite. The late actor played the father of Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Seen on several episodes, the fans fell in love with the man who offered up a glimpse into the background of the popular NCIS agent.
Robert Wagner offers a charming element every time
Thinking back on NCIS guests, there have been only a few as memorable as Robert Wagner since his charm gives a very unique aspect to the show. Not always following the legal path in life, he is trying his best to get things done as he continues to make amends with his son after a spotty past.
In the upcoming season, fans are wondering if Robert Wagner will return since Michael Weatherly is no longer on the show. He is a character who loves to help the team from time to time, and could easily slip back into a show as a fan favorite. As the character always seems to offer a lavish look at life, he typically uses his savvy to help solve a case, track down a lead or just be his lovely self.
