iZombie season 3 episode 12 spoilers: First look at two-part finale!

iZombie season 3 episode 12

Next week, iZombie season 3 episode 12 is going to air, and with that, it will set off a chain of events that carries directly into its big finale on June 27. The two-part “Looking for Mr. Goodbrain” should add a little bit more dimension to the story of Liv, Major, and many other characters, and to go along with it set up where some of the story could be going entering season 4.

While there will be some major mythology uncovered in these episodes, don’t be concerned about whether or not the show is abandoning much of its signature tone along the way. There will still be opportunities aplenty to have a good time.

iZombie season 3 episode 12 synopsis – “When Liv (Rose McIver) consumes the brains of someone from Ravi’s (Rahul Kohli) past, not only does it have her wanting to sleep with every guy in Seattle, she also begins having some very intimate visions of Ravi. Meanwhile, Major (Robert Buckley) is faced with a huge decision.”

Given that this is a two-parter, let’s go ahead and share with you as a bonus some of the first details from the finale while we’re at it: “Liv (Rose McIver) uncovers a shocking truth with far-reaching consequences. A reeling Major (Robert Buckley) looks to the future, and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) gets closure. Meanwhile, Blaine (David Anders) makes a business proposal.”

Seeing how Liv’s “visions” of Ravi play out should be hilarious, but beyond that these synopses are intentionally vague for good reason given where we are in the series.

Promo – This makes it clear that the first part of the finale is going to be every bit as silly / ridiculous / funny as you would hope. The idea of Live having visions of Ravi in a romantic manner is going to completely disturb her, and that is in part of the things that will be funny about this episode.

Also, judging from the preview, you’re also going to see Liv with a few other changes in this episode, as well!
