The Bachelorette spoilers: Eric Bigger in big trouble with Raven Gates

Eric Bigger

On Monday’s The BacheloretteEric Bigger is going to find himself at the center of some rather unfortunate controversy. The irony? It doesn’t really seem like he did all that much directly to cause it.

In the sneak peek below via People Magazine, what you get a chance to see is Rachel Lindsay getting a visit from several people who are important to her from her own season of The Bachelor in Corinne Olympios, Raven Gates, Jasmine Goode, and Alexis Waters. They all take it upon themselves to scope out some of the men as they prepare for a group date, one that we know via ABC’s press materials is going to get a little muddy.

Unfortunately for Eric, things start to get a little bit array when Raven is clued in that he may not be there for the right reasons. He is singled out, and that is something that Rachel is probably going to report back — and it’s something that could be a source of drama down the line.

Here is where it’s a little easy to be #TeamEric after all of this drama goes down — the two guys who claim that Eric is bad news are none other than Bryce and Lee. The former got in hot water for making a transphobic comment in his bio before the season, while the latter was just found out for having offensive, racist posts on his Twitter account. Are these guys really the character witnesses that Rachel wants this season? Unfortunately, Rachel was not privy to much of this information during the filming for her season, so she just had to take much of what was said on surface level.

One way or another, you best believe that this is a situation that you’re going to see addressed on the show — if it was completely irrelevant, it’s fair to say that you probably never would have seen it at all.

Do you think that Eric is going to be able to get himself from of all of this chaos later this season on The Bachelorette? Be sure to share now with a comment!
