Madam Secretary season 3 episode 22 spoilers: Is Henry in danger?

With Madam Secretary season 3 episode 22 airing next week, we’re getting closer to the end of the season; with that, we’re also seeing our characters in more danger than ever before. The momentum of the story of Henry taking on the doomsday cult will be bringing him to one of the most compromising situations he’s been in yet during “Revelation.” He will be in another country, forced to confront more issues related to cult head-on. Specifically, he’ll be tasked to take out a threat that could endanger dozens of lives before it actually hits. As per usual, he’ll be in the midst of doing something heroic and admirable, though it is also something that could leave his children without a father. Such is the nature of this job, one that is routinely dangerous.

As for what else is going on, Elizabeth and President Dalton (within this episode) are going to be doing their best to prepare for a political meeting of the minds at the G20 Conference. While there, we can see them help to shape and influence policy. At home, meanwhile, Elizabeth is going to be doing what she can to interfere in Stevie’s life.

Madam Secretary season 3 episode 22 synopsis – “As Elizabeth and President Dalton head to Rome for the G20 Conference, she is concerned for Henry’s safety when he is sent to Israel to intercept the doomsday cult’s bio-weapon before it is deployed. Also, Blake reveals a personal secret to his former colleagues that he meets at the conference, and Elizabeth goes behind Stevie’s back to ask Russell to get her off Harvard Law School’s waiting list.”

While it may not have anywhere near the same sort of stakes as anything else on this list, we do admit that the story with Russell is the one that is drawing the most curiosity from us. Will Stevie be able to recognize that her mother is trying to help her by making things a little easier on her in order to move her career forward? Sure, but you want to have that feeling of earning it. It probably wouldn’t feel like that when you know that your mother is one of the reasons why it is happening.
