Shark Tank review: Goverre, See Rescue Streamer, Loctote, BootyQueen Apparel

Goverre

Tonight’s new episode of Shark Tank is really giving you just about everything that you could want … and also potentially a few things that you didn’t even know you wanted. Goverre, See Rescue Streamer, Loctote, and BootyQueen Apparel are the products tonight, and they’re coming from almost every different industry possible.

What we’re going to be providing over the course of this LIVE review are updates on several different pitches. We’ll give you not only our impressions, but also results in terms of whether or not some of these people get a deal.

Goverre – Going into tonight, the biggest concern that we had was simply one about whether or not there would be a mass market for this. Couldn’t you just put the wine in a thermos rather than a fancy cup? That may be a little straight out of a trashy music video or something, but it’s possible.

Here’s what is fun about this show sometimes — we didn’t necessarily see the market size, but clearly the Sharks did given that they got a huge deal here from Robert Herjavec, Mark Cuban, and Lori Greiner. We definitely get it from Lori’s perspective, since this could easily be a QVC hero.

See Rescue Streamer – Here’s another great story. We thought that this was going to be a very small niche product; yet, there are millions upon millions in sales! This has both a military and a personal application when it comes to rescuing people in need.

We do think that this is great, but the truth here is that the Sharks don’t have military connections. There just wasn’t much here in terms of compatibility.

BootyQueen Apparel – We get it that this is a product that most of the Sharks wouldn’t understand, given that it’s an apparel line that is super-modern and almost entirely about branding. Yet, we do think there’s the potential for a TON of money here given that they got an investment with Daymond John. He will help market this like nobody’s business.

LocTote – We certainly had some concerns over the prince point and the overall effectiveness of the product in terms of the market; yet, there was clearly enough here to get the Sharks to bite! Specifically, there was an investment laid down from Robert Herjavec, who liked what was being brought to the table here enough to sweep in almost out of nowhere at the end of the episode. Sometimes, patience pays off … to the detriment of Mr. Wonderful, who was in the middle of negotiations.
