Big Brother Canada 5 live feed spoilers: Dallas’ house meeting; HoH prep

Dallas' house meeting

Today, the Big Brother Canada house was all sorts of crazy, and we’re not entirely sure that we’ve given the show enough credit for being as fantastically fun as it’s been so far. Do we still dislike the casting twist so far? Sure, but the producers are proving that casting Dallas for a second time was smart. He may not be a good player, but he makes for incredible feeds thanks to his own inability to salvage his game at any step.

That included tonight, in the midst of frequent pleas / campaigns / apologies, him trying to hold some sort of house meeting in order to call people out on things — specifically, he went after Emily for saying that she was going to go after people who don’t vote for her to stay … which is basically what any reasonable person would do. The meeting was useless, and the house meeting was yet another reminder as to why he isn’t worth people keeping in the game. He’s too easy to rile up, and he goes off the handle with regularity.

While it seemed like Dre was upset at the notion that Emily would put her up specifically, we do think that’s the least of the house’s worries right now. All of that will die down.

In the midst of Dallas whipping the house into a frenzy tonight (even Cass is conceding now that there’s nothing she can do to save him), two other things took place.

1. Bruno making the rounds – He did his best tonight to make deals and shore up plans regardless of what happens last week. He continues to play smart and correct any mistakes that he’s made. The biggest issue that he’s got at the moment is that he has someone in Cassandra who does explicitly want him out, and eventually that is something that he will have to deal with in some capacity.

2. Head of Household Competition prep – It appears as though the players may have a memory-based competition coming, so there’s been a lot of studying going on in between the chaos. There are certainly some people who stand to win, but there may also be some people (see Kevin or Ika) who may feel fairly safe at the moment.

Overall, the more days we get like this, the better off this season will be. We may not miss Dallas the player, but we’ll miss Dallas the pot-stirrer in the weeks to come. (Photo: Global.)
