Teen Wolf series finale: Holland Roden pays tribute to show ending

Teen Wolf series finale -

With the Teen Wolf series finale wrapping up for MTV, this is certainly a time in which some of the people who were a part of the series can look back at their time on it, reflect, and then also start to look ahead to their respect futures. After all, this was a show that was incredibly significant to all of the cast members. Many of them were relative unknowns at the time of starting the series, and now have the ability to move forward and do some incredible things.

In the post below on Instagram, you can specifically see the series finale message from one Holland Roden, who spent the entirety of the show’s run playing the character of Lydia. She was one of the most-popular people on the series, and we saw just about everything from her over the years. We saw the character fall in love, we saw her almost die, and we saw her develop and hone her banshee powers. While there are many other characters on this show that feel somewhat more familiar (we’ve certainly seen plenty of TV werewolves over the years), there was something about getting to see a banshee that was exciting just because it is so different than anything else that you’ve had a chance to see over the years.

The last that we had a chance to see Lydia, she was realizing and embracing more of the feelings that she had for Stiles, and everyone started to look towards their future after graduation. Given that we’re looking at a time jump between where we are now and Teen Wolf season 6B, who knows where things are going to pick back up?

For those of you who are looking more for the approximate premiere date, all indications suggest that the show is going to be back in June with new installments.

To my 20s! To my first chapter in my adult life. Today is the day that @teenwolf turns off their cameras and closes their doors. No chapter of my life will quite touch me like #Jeffdavis and the world he created at @teenwolf – the attitude of these shows- the tone that is on set- starts at the top- It has been such a privilege to work for such kind and hard working bosses. I will only continue to peel back the layers of my gratitude of @teenwolf which are to be discovered for years to come. To some of my best friendships formed on this little engine that could. To our litttle band of silly, hard ass working, beyond inappropriate, dedicated, cookie and Swedish fish eating, talented, laughing and skateboarding til the end group that is @teenwolf – I will forever cherish and love you❤️
