Following tonight’s episode, what is Blue Bloods season 7 episode 18 return date? It’s a fair question to ask, and we’re happy to provide some information regarding an answer.

Per CBS, the tentative return for Blue Bloods to the network is on Friday, March 31, though this is far enough in the future that we’d say to write it down in pencil rather than permanent marker. It’s feasible that things could change here and there just because the NCAA Tournament is going to be going on over the coming weeks and some other factors could come up and get in the way. (If there is ever a different return date announced, we’ll be sure to update the story.)

What we know right now is that the title for season 7 episode 18 is “A Deep Blue Goodbye,” and that is a pretty powerful name for an episode that raises all sorts of questions — is something more coming up than meets the eye? We cannot offer too many answers beyond the fact that this is the 150th episode of the show, and with that we figure the show is going to give you something big … and it may not even be something that is mentioned in the description below.

Blue Bloods season 7 episode 18 synopsis – “Danny investigates the circumstances of an ex-NYPD officer who goes missing the day after she revealed to him that she had planned to make amends to the woman she and her partner wrongfully convicted years ago. Also, Frank faces a dilemma when one of his peers, Chief Taylor Daniels (Isaiah Washington), refuses to retire, even though he’s hit the mandatory age limit.”

Just in case you are wondering, there are five more episodes this season beyond tonight, and there are many things that we’d like to see take place before the Blue Bloods finale arrives. For example, it’d be rather nice to see a big story for Danny that challenges him like no other — earlier today, we suggested that maybe he embark on some sort of deep undercover mission. Meanwhile, it’d also be rather interesting to get some serious movement forward on the Jamie / Eddie relationship, and by that we mean a whole lot more than the two confessing their feelings but then trying to go about their business.
