Teen Wolf season 6: Is Meagan Tandy returning before series finale?
In a couple of posts below via Twitter, Tandy strongly suggests that there was a project that she was hoping to return to. However, some circumstances got in the way, and it did not end up happening quite in the way that she wanted it to. It’s sad for fans of the Braeden character, but in the end it is what it is.
There are two things here of note. First of all, Tandy does not explicitly say if this particular gig was Teen Wolf, but at the moment, it’s certainly our expectation that it was given that this makes the most sense when looking at her resume and the sort of shows that we could see her trying to come back to do. It’s not entirely clear precisely what the reason for her not being able to do the show could be, but there are a wide range of possibilities when you think about it for a minute. It’s possible that there wasn’t enough time in order for her scenes to make it into the story and they were cut before filming. Or, it’s possible that she had some other scheduling conflicts that kept it from working.
Either way, it makes sense that Tandy probably would want to be back given that this show exposed her to a greater audience since almost anything else she’s done to this point. Ever since doing the show she’s gone on to have parts both on UnREAL and then also Survivor’s Remorse, and she probably has some other stuff coming down the road.
The final episodes of Teen Wolf will air on MTV starting this summer, and we absolutely do feel that there will be many former cast members who do end up returning. This is something that’s been teased in various interviews, and it’s certainly also something that we’ve personally discussed here and there over time. The biggest thing that we have to hope for entering the final season is simply closure for as many people as possible. We’re sure that Tandy won’t be the only omission from the list.
