‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Nick Viall, Corinne Olympios’ nanny Raquel have all-important chat
There is a part of us that is being silly with the way in which we wrote the title of the “Bachelor” story above — however, there’s also a part of us that is very much serious. We’ve learned more about Corinne Olympios’ nanny Raquel than anyone else in her life; she’s been proclaimed to be a key influence and an extremely important person to her who apparently helped to raise her over the years. She’s part of her family, and we’re insanely curious to know precisely what she thinks about all of the craziness surrounding her now. (She was a star without even being a part of the show until now!)
In the video below (via “Entertainment Tonight“) you can actually get a pretty good sense of what Nick Viall’s conversation with Raquel is truly like. She acts mostly in the same way that you would expect anyone to who’s on a family visit for this show — she obviously wants the best for her, and it’s hard to really blame her given that she clearly has some deep affection for her traces back for many years.
This should be a fun little moment for those of you who really feel like Raquel is an important character on the show, even if the reality for the most part is that her role is more just a fun addition to a few key scenes here and there. The big source of drama in this hometown visit will actually come more from Corinne’s parents, as there will be questions surrounding whether or not they feel like Nick will be able to handle the life that she’s had — and also probably the lifestyle. You have to remember that she IS accustomed to a very particular way of living.
Let’s just say we don’t see this working out — but don’t worry, since there’s almost a 100% chance that Corinne does “Bachelor in Paradise” later this summer.
