‘Dancing with the Stars’ season 24 rumors: Peyton Manning, a ‘Property Brothers’ star, and Simone Biles

While the official “Dancing with the Stars” cast is not going to be revealed until we get around to the start of March, that isn’t stopping there from being a few rumors out there ALREADY about what is going to be coming up.

For those wondering, we can’t say that any of this is a surprise — we’re used to it, as it’s been very much ingrained into the fabric of what the show is. There are ALWAYS going to be rumors surrounding the people taking part in every season beforehand, and it comes down to whether or not you believe them to be true. (For the most part, we tend to think that the cast rumors always suggest that the show is going to have way more celebrity participants than it actually does.)

The latest rumors come from HollywoodLife, so take them with a slight grain of salt. We do think that there’s still some fun discussion to be had here.

Simone Biles – By far, she is the name who is most likely going to be on the show of the names listed. The Olympian and recent SI swimsuit model made it clear last year that she wanted to do it, but didn’t have the time. We like her, but the twist here is mostly whether or not you want someone as obvious a winner as Laurie Hernandez.

Peyton Manning – It’d be fun, since we know Peyton has a great sense of humor and he’s seemingly not doing too much with any one NFL franchise. What we wonder is whether or not he’d want too much money, or if he even feels the need to go through the aggravation of this.

Steve Smith Sr. – He’s nearing the end of his NFL career, so this could just be a fun way to show off some personality as he looks towards life outside of the league.

The Property Brothers – The report doesn’t say if it would be Drew or Jonathan Scott (or both), but we’d be all for this. Given how busy they are with their show, music, and everything in between, it’s still unlikely to see this happen.

Scott Baio – Seriously? Can we not have anyone political this season on either side?

A “Pretty Little Liars” cast member – This is probably what makes the most sense given that it’s the final season, and someone from the show could feasibly do both this and look for a future project.
