‘Gotham’ season 3, episode 14 video: A different way to prepare for Jerome showdown

Gotham -Monday night’s new episode of “Gotham” is the last one that is going to be airing  for the next few months, so it should not be all that big of a surprise to anyone out there to know that the show’s intentions seem to be going out with the biggest bang possible. You’ve got Jerome in one corner, Bruce Wayne in the other, and they’re going to be going at each other in a way that we haven’t seen with Bruce yet over the course of the series.

You could say that he’s been training with Alfred for the past couple of years specifically for this reason. Jerome is a guy who you cannot combat with reason; the only thing that you can do is take action. This is probably why the recent winter finale trailer ends watching the character get physical with the the villain. You can’t allow Jerome to have time to plot his next move. He’s not thought of as a brawler, so putting him in this environment may be your best chance to take him out (provided of course that he doesn’t have access to any weapons).

In addition to that trailer, Fox also put out another video (see below) featuring David Mazouz (who plays Bruce) describing some of what the video shows off. At the tail end of the clip, he does his part to detail some of what you can expect to see in the episode:

“Obviously, as you guys know, Jerome is insane. He’s psychotic, he’ll do anything to bring the city to its knees … How far will he go? The winter finale is definitely something that you’re going to want to see. Bruce and Jerome interact in ways I never saw coming [before] I read the script.”

Will this episode be the end for this character, or could he still find a way to return? That is something you’ll be able to find out very soon…
